The whole session was about an hour but the doctor probably just spent 1 min placing all the needles and was gone for the rest of the hour. I'm not sure whether this is typical since this is my first time. The bed is very uncomfortable, I couldn't move for an hour, hard to breathe since I was laying with my face down. After 1 hour, my shoulder and neck felt even worse than before. The doctor was friendly though
