Maeve was the instructor and she was very friendly, welcoming, and clear with her cues and demonstrations. I really enjoyed her class. Easy parking at the parking lot. Great workout. This got me excited to do more yoga!

Pointed out an area I was feeling tense and she made sure to spend more time there. All tension was gone and I left completely relaxed and refreshed. Any tip can be left with receptionist on the way out. Would definitely recommend and come back again.
