Voir tous les avisTook my first CorePower Yoga class today and really enjoyed it. The instructor was incredibly motivating and clearly led by example. She participated alongside the class while continuing to coach, encourage, and challenge everyone throughout the session. What impressed me most was her fitness, energy, and ability to make the class accessible to all levels. As someone new to yoga, I appreciated that she offered modifications and progressions for each movement, allowing beginners like me to participate while still feeling challenged. It was a tough workout, but in the best way possible. I’ll definitely be back.

Voir tous les avisLove Julia she’s an awesome instructor!! For management, the studio has a high pitch buzzing noise from the electronics the last couple of weeks during class- would be great to have that fixed so it’s more relaxing.

Voir tous les avisAttended for the first time for the Aerial Yoga level 1 with Claire S and it was such a fun class! I have done mat yoga for quite some years and thought it would be fun to try aerial yoga. The first half of the class was a bit tough for me to get a hold of everything as these were new techniques to me but Claire was very kind and helpful to me and everyone else, fixing our form and helping us when we got stuck. Towards the second half of the class, it became super fun and relaxing towards the end. Highly reccomend and will be back :)
