Voir tous les avisI’ve never felt like i have gotten a good workout with a pilates reformer, but I absolutely loved this class! and I actually worked up a sweat. Great blend of cardio and strength training with a focus on lower-body and core. Low impact and you could adjust resistance and pace during the circuit exercises to make it harder or easier. It was my first time here and the staff were super friendly and helpful!

Voir tous les avisAs a first-time hot yoga experience, I'm glad we had Carmen as our instructor. She made it easy to engage with the class. Provided clear guidance and 1-1 instruction on adjustments when needed. Despite the heat wave outside, I somehow didn't keel over in the 100* heat. The class is really easy to get into, and your body will thank you for it after. After all the stretching, you get to cool down as Carmen comes around to place a cool towel on your head and to perform an adjustment to your neck and shoulders. And while I absolutely l9ved it, Carmen was clear to note that if anyone was uncomfortable with the adjustment, they could opt our without judgment. She definitely creates a very warm (literally), and welcoming space! Thank you so much for having is Carmen and I'm absolutely looking forward to coming back for another class soon!
