Exactly the kind of workout we love, where you leave feeling completely exhausted but SO good afterwards. Such an amazing class and I’ll definitely be coming back! And the studio itself is just such a beautiful place. It feels so warm and welcoming, almost like you’re coming home. They also have so many amazing healthy snacks, delicious bars and drinks, which I absolutely loved. The owner is also incredibly sweet and welcoming. I had such a lovely conversation with her and you can really feel how much heart she puts into the studio. I can genuinely recommend this place and I’m already looking forward to coming back! 🤍
