There were some parts of the class where I was feeling the burn, but for the most part it was pretty easy and very accessible for beginners and people who don’t work out very often or may be recovering from an injury and need everything low impact. I will def return if I want a more laid back day but still get a work out in!

Voir tous les avisClass with Andrea was challenging and I had to stop a few times throughout, but a great workout and would definitely come back again! It is very fast and since it was my first time, I was lost at times. Definitely harder than Barre3!
