Voir tous les avisI can imagine it's hard to describe this class in a few words. It's indeed not really yoga, but I wouldn't say it's pilates either. It's more a stress release stretch and massage. You target the triggerpoints using a block, foamroller etc. guided by Natalie who has so much knowledge; a real pro and super sweet!

Auch das Studio war super schön, mit Handtüchern, Duschen, Fön etc. Gute Reformer- Geräte. Es hat mir ingesamt richtig gut gefallen und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Een van mijn favoriete studio’s, vooral dankzij de geweldige lessen van Sarra en Beyza. Helaas ervaar ik de lessen van Mazarine anders. Ik vind haar manier van lesgeven soms wat demotiverend. Zo werd er een keer gezegd dat mijn ademhaling te luid was en andere deelnemers zou storen. Eerlijk gezegd vind ik luid ademen tijdens een intensieve workout heel normaal, en had ik niet het gevoel dat het iemand stoorde behalve haarzelf.

Voir tous les avisI rarely write reviews but Chanquito is one of the best trainer I’ve had in a while. I’ve picked up ballet again recently after almost 20 years and I went from being advanced to beginner again which has not been easy. I’ve been trying out different studios, teachers and level of class for the past 3 weeks and I’ve now taken 2 classes with Chanquito, one beginner and one beginner / intermediate. In both I found that he has the perfect balance of care, patience, but also making it a challenging enough class while also making it easily accessible for different levels. I leave his class feeling great, both physically and mentally. The classes are fun and relaxed while demanding enough to improve technique. I’ve found the class and teacher I will commit to!

It took some extra time and effort to rearrange my plans, but luckily my schedule was flexible enough that I was able to book another class. Overall, I had a nice experience. The studio was easy to find, located on the ground floor, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I’d be happy to come back and give it another try. I just hope the scheduling will be more reliable next time.

Recently I have noticed more and more cellphones in the class with people using then until the very moment the class starts and straight back on before even cleaning machines and therefore distracted and not aware of their fellow class goers . The class is not to be underestimated, I’m 100% beginner, and I had to take it easier for my physical resistance (or lack of), but at the same time I feel like I achieved a lot and that if I keep going, I will just get stronger. It was fun, the instructor was so professional that made me feel as if I was in a real ballet class, but at the same time was kind and friendly, and suggested options when I struggled with an exercise. Definitely recommend.

As a beginner, the machine can look a bit intimidating, but Chelsea made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable right from the start. She gave clear instructions, offered great cueing, and kept the energy high throughout the entire session. I left feeling challenged, energized, and excited to come back. Highly recommend her class!

Voir tous les avisFantastische les! In het begin moest ik even wennen aan het wat meer ‘zweverige’ gedeelte en de bijzondere oefeningen, maar als je je ervoor openstelt is het echt heerlijk. Ik kwam binnen met flinke spierpijn en ging zoveel vrijer, lichter en ontspannen weer naar buiten. Echt een hele fijne ervaring en kan het iedereen aanraden die teveel in het hoofd zit.

The exercises were really good for a medium intense training of the core, belly and legs.
