I really appreciated how much attention she gave to the warm up as some instructors rush through it, but she took the time to explain proper positioning and technique. She guided us throughout the class and paid attention to everyone, making sure we were doing the movements correctly. The facilities were great, the class was small, and overall such a nice experience.

Voir tous les avisClass was great! Was a different trainer than on the schedule but the class was great regardless. The focus was on cardio stations: running, ski erg, row erg, and biking. It was the engine class which was all about cardiovascular fitness. Liked the programming of the class, simple and repeatable. Look forward to trying a different class where the strength stations are involved - hoping to learn some new things then! Thanks for the protein banana, mango, berries shake at the end! ☺️

Voir tous les avisThis is a great place to get working. The members here tend to be knowledgeable, friendly, and follow good gym etiquette. They’re here to work in an environment that’s very motivating and extremely well stocked with weights, benches, deadlift platforms, and squat racks, along with virtually every machine you might want including classics like squat press and lat pullover. I wish there was Trainmore in my hometown! In addition, there is a focus on recovery with Hydromassage, fascia machines, Hyperice guns and leg sleeves, and more. Plus free protein shakes if you bring your own shaker or buy one for €5. Other reviews are right that it’s busy during peak after-work hours, but if you can avoid those it’s especially quiet in the mid-day or after 8:30pm so you can easily squeeze in any kind of workout.

There is a big reception and the woman there is super nice and welcoming, she checked me in quickly and showed me to the lockers. In the reception there is also a water fountain with cups so you can drink from it, as well as (free) pre-train (caffeinated) powder to make a quick drink. The sporting room is not very big but it is very well equipped (with tons of punching bags, mats, etc). You can rent gloves at the reception, which are 3 euros and washed after every use. The instructor was a very friendly guy and even though we were quite a few people training (~15), he made sure to keep an eye on me and help me get the right technique like 3 times. He also was encouraging. He gives the class both in English and Dutch which is also nice

Voir tous les avisDe les was pittig voor iemand die nog nooit eerder spinning had gedaan maar de instructrice was heel lief en motiverend, en je mocht altijd aanpassen naar je eigen niveau. Het voelde daardoor alsnog verwelkomend en het was een hele goede workout! Muziek paste er ook goed bij en een goede opbouw van de les.

Voir tous les avisI really like this gym and overall will return but it would be nice if they would enforce more of their own rules. People at the squat rack were doing their entire workout there. Other people were hoarding all of the small weights. Silly stuff and no person in the staffs fault, but slightly frustrating. Otherwise it’s a perfect gym and I love going there!
