Voir tous les avisClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

Dancing and moving together helps removing it, at least a bit. Fun- jumping into the river and then sauna, and then again, heals the body and refills the energy., Absolutely a worth experience!!

Voir tous les avisThe teacher was good and made the class fun! However, I felt there were too many steps to learn in a one-hour session. Personally, I prefer focusing on fewer steps so I can really enjoy the ones I already know, without feeling rushed. When there are too many new steps, it can feel more like a marathon, making it hard to enjoy the dance and the music while trying to remember everything. Sometimes, less is more—but I understand that others may enjoy this faster pace. Just my personal opinion! 🙂
