Voir tous les avisClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

Voir tous les avisI will stand by this, Dani her classes are just as much educational as therapeutic. she creates a safe space to step out of your comfortzone in this busy and high pressure life we all experience. definitely worth every second of sleep deprivation as I have to wake up early on the saturday😭

Voir tous les avisSuch a fun class. It felt so great to be back on the pole and the teacher and the assistant teacher were so nice . They helped each student with their technique without really tiring us out. It was a fun environment. we could take photos and videos to record our moves . Can’t wait to be back!

Voir tous les avisVery good class. I did this class for the first time but definitely not the last. Pretty challenging but also relaxed. Skilled instructor who was patient enough to explain the movements to me several times because i seemed to forget them as soon as I was hanging upside down :)

Voir tous les avisIk heb een flexibility intake met Mitra gedaan,ze gaf mij meerdere opties op wat voor manier ik zou willen stretchen en we zijn gelijk aan de slag gegaan! Mitra heeft met mij verschillende oefeningen gedaan die intens waren maar daardoor ook zeer effectief. Ik ben in de les zelf een stuk verder gekomen in mijn middle split! || I got the impression that Mitra is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and flexibility training and she was very "hands on" with her approach. I improved a lot in just one session! Thank you Mitra!
