I’m seriously considering moving here to be able to go to this classes. 1.15hrs of a yoga class should be an standard. They do validate parking since parking in the street can be tricky.

Voir tous les avisI had never done any sort of weightlifting before so I was a bit nervous but the instructor was really helpful and friendly, he spent time to teach me the right positioning and set up which I really appreciated. He gave modifications and everyone was really encouraging. A great first experience. Would recommend this place!

He was attentive to everyone as we went through circuits so that he could add more weight/challenge if we were ready for that. He also clarified movements and gave tips when I struggled.
