Voir tous les avisGreat music and tough but not impossible HIIT and functional strength / bodyweight combos. The only issue here is that the room is cold and the floor finish is also cold and slippery, so it can be unpleasant when you’re doing floor moves and have to get down there.

I normally so a lot of weight resistant work so this was really challenging for me but I enjoyed it alot. I recommend going to Nick’s class. he’s very enthusiastic and can tell he is passionate about it. Will be booking up another class when I’m back in Manchester! Thanks Nick. :)
