Voir tous les avisI had only ever attended the HIIT classes, so I was pleasantly surprised. We used bands and weighted balls. It’s starts with breath-work, but then ramps up in difficulty. It’s definitely a good balance between slower movement (flow) and strength/resistance. Ashley was great!
