Voir tous les avisI love Kaitlyn's classes. Today especially fun. Great heat and we moved at a slower strong pace. It was playful with optional arm balances. I love that there is never any pressure and you get what you need. I always feel alignment is important in her classes. Also I always feel like I take away a nugget of something special mentally. A beautiful phrase, mantra. Something good for my soul! Thank Kaitlyn for a wonderful class today.

She was incredibly sweet, informative, and attentive throughout the entire class. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident with each movement. It was a great first experience, and I’m looking forward to coming back!
