Voir tous les avisTanner said something like, “ You don’t have to be anywhere but here, right now.” It sounds like a great mantra to remember outside of class too. The class was excellent, very peaceful and great for mobility. She kept a steady rhythm of class with a pattern of moves on the floor and then standing that helped with my hips. I’ll definitely return to the class when I can.
