Voir tous les avisGreat workout but not a fan of the instructor. She was literally pointing at people to sit or go faster, or going right up them. She constantly told people to sit if they couldn't go fast enough! I am not a beginner and I felt like I was being stared and pointed at if I wanted to get up! What happened to modifying, or trying so you can get better, or it being your journey! Also playlist was lame house music.

Voir tous les avisFirst time taking mat pilates & I absolutely loved it. All pilates moves on the mat. Jennifer was amazing she provided accommodations all throughout & was gently motivating. The space was nice & the club had all you need. 10/10 recommend. Will be taking this again.
