Woodlyne is a great aesthetician. She was very gentle throughout the process, so much so that I almost took a nap. She is also very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations after the facial. They confirmed there are no additional fees (no tax), and since tip is customary for any service I did give a tip (bring cash if you can!). She did such an excellent job! The facial was relaxing and my skin felt so good after. A highlight was the neck massage during the facial. It was the perfect pressure and made me want to come back for a full body massage. She was a total pro, evaluated my face and made specific recommendations of exactly what I needed. I peppered her with questions all through the facial; I felt like I was getting a free dermatology consultation. At the end she even texted me several links to products she recommends (Amazon links - she wasn’t trying to sell me anything, was just genuine advice). She was great and will go back!

Due an emergency at one of the train stops causing a major delay, I was 15 minutes late and called ahead from the train to let them know what was going on. When I arrived, it took them 15 minutes to see me. The technician didn’t ask any questions about my skin or concerns, and on top of starting late ended the appointment ten minutes early. I don’t expect them to extend my appointment to compensate for my late arrival, but I don’t think it’s acceptable practice for them to not make up for their own delays or to not even complete the scheduled appointment time. I paid for an hour Hydrafacial and got about 20 minutes of actual service. Not sure whether that is typical, but based on the description of the service I don’t think I received the service that I paid for.
