Voir tous les avisShira was great! I explained in the beginning some support I may need due to my fancy hip. Since the class was more on the intimate size, she made sure to call out any adjustments she saw. Loved how she also demonstrated on the reformer as well. Front desk staff is so nice too.

Understood my newness to the class and made sure I could keep up with everyone else. Absolutely loved this class which I was scared for. Ready to take another one tomorrow. Loved the playlist!
