    Love love love this class. This was my first class and Karolina was very thorough and her playlist was on point the entire time. Her and Felix did a great job providing me information on what was to be expected for my first class and I couldn’t be more blown away. It’s hard finding a cardio class only and I’m glad I found this class. I will definitely be coming back and looking forward to see my progression!

    Great music and energy from the instructor. He was also very clear with his instruction. I didn’t notice it during the class, but I think the music was louder than usual because my ears were ringing after. That would be my only complaint and next time I’ll know to grab ear plugs.

    If you love to run and want to be challenged this is the best class in New York. Aminah’s programs are challenging but doable. Everything is so thought out that it pushes you hard but always to the point where you can finish. i have gotten significantly faster since ive started going to her classes. her strenghth is also so solid. You can trust her to give you a good time, cue everything perfectly (out of the 30+ classes I’ve taken with her she has never messed up, and never once repeated a class) and play songs that make you want to work sing and smile. I have the time of my life in her classes and she has helped me reach all my goals. She is also SO NICE AND FUNNY. THANK YOU AMINAH ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Such a great class. Erica creates a safe place and pushes your limits. I was a little intimidated by the chaos at the start of class since it was my first time but Erica read the room, addressed it, and led a solid workout. Only feedback would be that they start the classes back to back (the class before ends at 10:30 and this class starts at 10:30) - that means that this class starts a little late and the transition period is a little chaotic.     Class with Dani was so great! It was my first experience in a running class and I absolutely loved it. The 30/30 split felt great as I was able to get cardio and strength at the same time. Both were definitely challenging! The space is so clean, staff is super friendly and the treadmills are really great quality — not like your typical treadmill at the gym. I don’t think there’s anywhere in North Jersey like Juma!
