I'm usually intimidated by lifting weights but I feel comfortable and ready when I come here. I highly recommend this place for beginners or even people who want a challenge. The wall art also happens to be inspiring.

He gave us counts for every movement which made everything easier and went over things step by step until the class gets it. 10/10 will recommend especially if you’re a first timer like me.
