Elissa gave lots of hands on direction which was so nice and she really encouraged everyone in the class to follow their bodies and made space for that to really happen. I don’t get massages too often but when I do, it’s usually just a standard full body massage without any focus on pain points. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire in the office before my appointment for my preferences on pressure, areas to focus on, etc. and Masa did a fantastic job really working out those areas. It still was a very fluent and comprehensive massage but with an extra focus on the areas causing me pain. My neck and back have very stiff for a while probably from my posture sitting at work and it feels amazing to have my mobility back. Genuinely feel like a new person. Will 100% be coming back and requesting Masa😊

I had planned to tip that amount because it’s what ClassPass had suggested and it is 20% of the service so it makes sense but it sort of sets a bad tone to tell somebody what the “minimum” expected tip is before you’ve even performed the service.

I did the Deep Tissue massage and Rose did an excellent job taking the knots out of my shoulders, upper back and calves. She assessed the areas first and then applied the appropriate pressure.
