Voir tous les avisSo easy! They were friendly and it’s genuinely free! You just have to be back in an hour or they will charge a late fee but even that is reasonable. As a Black gworl, I was a lil concerned about the reviews but they were actually friendly to me. Not to take away from anyone’s experience either, just an observation.

Voir tous les avisThey said it takes 15 mins for reservation to show so we had to wait for a bit. The reservation still didn’t show in their system but they looked at our app and honored it. Biking around Central Park was nice and 2 hours was a perfect amount of time. Helmets/baskets are extra.

Voir tous les avisThe bikes are sturdy and comfortable with wide tires but the brakes weren’t good, had to press them hard to slow down and they also made a noise. Also there’s an additional $5 for an insurance (it’s optional but I got it anyway just in case something breaks during the ride). Overall a good deal for a full loop ride in the park.
