Voir tous les avisI don’t often write feedback but thought this was well worth it! This was my first f45 class and I absolutely loved it, it was challenging in a good way! The trainers Pekay and Tu made both the music and vibe so fun, they were constantly checking up on everyone and cheering us all on. I mentioned I had an ACL injury years back and they were super attentive with providing me options like a bike. Also Kate who I believe is the manager was so lovely on the phone when I was running late and pressed for time, she helped me find good parking spots and getting to the class. Will defs be back!

Voir tous les avisWas a bit unsure about booking a class at HYW after reading varying reviews, but I went ahead and booked and I had a great experience! Valentyne was lovely, talking me through what to expect when I explained it was my first class with HYW, her instructions were clear and simple to follow during the practice, the rest of the class also seemed really well practiced so it was also easy to follow the poses. The pace of the class was perfect, it allowed you to work on your poses/posture and meant you didn’t get overheated. For the rest of the day I felt light and energised - will definitely be back!
