DJ Ran E Ran and Wendell are my fav evening instructors. They push you to your limits and the vibe is great. Make sure to bring water and towel. Also, I got there early and she helped me get setup, but didn't go over all the details of the machine/workout. I’ve gone to another business like this and although I got my sweat on, Drip Box has definitely won the prize for being the overall best experience I’ve had thus far with Infrared Saunas. Taking the breaks between to drink water and stay hydrated is something I’ve never done in the past. Maybe it’s just something that became a requirement over time since the beginning of saunas? I’m not a pro at this but I know one thing for sure, I’m definitely making this visit part of my routine.

It was nice everyone in the class was a beginner so I didn’t feel left out. This class is good for everyone to take regardless of skill. Can’t wait to come back again.

The vibe in the exercise studio is very positive and nurturing, yet not coddling. I noticed all shapes and sizes and everyone working very hard to do their best. Parking is convenient and the location is easy to get to from any area of Santa Clarita.
