Voir tous les avisGreat class overall! Love Emaline’s energy. I do wish it was easier to understand the instructors over the music. I think shouting into the mic makes it sound fuzzy. Fantastic class and loved the programming. I like that it was easier to move between A, B, and C more easily. Will keep coming back!

Voir tous les avisI haven’t taken Christian’s class in probably 2 years because I remember it being two easy. So today I was thoroughly surprised with how challenging it was and am sad his class isn’t more full. While his cues are slightly chaotic, I was challenged and had fun, and would come back.

Voir tous les avisMax class is fun if you want a challenge & lowkey hate yourself (LOL JK!!) but it is indeed a very big push compared to a typical full psycle class. I pr’d in energy level today which will def help in the october challenge, but took a lot to grt there. Overall a very challenging but rewarding class with Jennaca! (:

Voir tous les avisI’ve taken a few cycle classes with different instructors and she is one of the best! All around Great Instructor! She puts on a really good and fun class! Very interactive with the whole crowd! I think one of her biggest pros is that she instructs the class very well and explains the choreography very well so we can all follow along! I’m not good at cycling at all and I hate cardio but taking her class made it fun and I was able to get a good workout in! All around great class and definitely would take her class again!

I stopped coming here for a while hoping you guys would get it under control but today I had to watch where I was stepping just to avoid it!! 🤮🤮🤮 it’s EVERYWHERE and it’s hard to focus when the reformer moves and you look down and there’s MORE RAT 🐀 💩 POOP!! 🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀💩💩💩💩. At Least clean it each morning. 🤷🏻♀️
