I could tell Amber knew her stuff. I enjoy a deep tissue massage as I tend to be very tight and she was able to apply a great amount of pressure. She did a good job checking in with whether I was tolerating it as well. Not only was the massage good but the whole atmosphere of the wellness center was nice. They are a holistic wellness center that also specializes in natural health. After visiting, I am excited to focus more on my family's overall health through herbal remedies. Massages can be tricky and aren’t for everyone but she was perfect. I hesitate to give her such a great review because once people catch on she will be booked SOLID but it’s true she is 5 stars, and I will be booking with her regularly from now on. Super strong masseuse, and because you keep you clothes on they do some stretching which is great. I got the 90min foot and back massage, it was mostly a body massage with about 30 min on the feet. I came out feeling incredible and can’t wait to go back. Make sure to wear soft and flexible clothing. I took off my shirt but kept my sports bra and pants on, they used lotion on my back and arms. Felt super comfortable the whole time.
