Enjoyed the switch up of music and spinning to cumbias. Would love more choreo incorporated to the first half of class. Once Deorro came on it was game over and the fun really started. Good class for new spinners or those returning from a break.

Voir tous les avisRosanna’s class was the most challenging sculpt class I’ve done (in a good way) - I burned twice the amount of cals I usually do! Incredible workout. Although for someone who’s been doing corepower sculpt for years, this sequence was unusually hard on the knees - I’ve never had knee pain before so wanted to call that out. I’d say doing the jumping lunge mountain climbers 4 different times was a bit overkill but loved everything else!!

I truly enjoyed the classic pilates which felt like level 1. Sometimes I go to Level 1 classes and instructions are trying too hard to be different so I appreciate Kaitlin’s class and style so much!

I came in around 3 thinking there wouldn’t be a class going on since that is what I said on Class pass to come around that time for quite time but as soon as I arrived a class was starting and I had to blast the TV. The shower were available in the shared restroom and lockers as well. I wouldn’t return at this time though.
