Voir tous les avisRachel puts on a fantastic class. She both motivates you and makes it okay to make modifications without feeling like a failure. I enjoy that the gym feels like a safe space. Feels like Barbies’ Malibu Mansion all the extra little touches like the lights being dimmed and a disco party is raging. The scents, the cards yes yes and yes. If you want a place to get your groove back and not feel out of place because you aren’t crazy in shape the peach is a great place to be.

Anna made corrections in a kind way and made modifications for those who needed it. She had us laughing through the pain, would highly recommend this class to everyone!!
