He’s very straightforward and tells you how it is which I can appreciate being so new to the fitness industry. He’s super knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. 10/10 experience and will be going back!

I’ve tried everything from hot yoga to yoga to water polo and this was mean workout. If you are ready to work hard you should definitely come try it out through ClassPass!
