Voir tous les avisI’d been wanting to try this class for months and finally did. I loved it! Such a welcoming teacher and a mix of yoga sculpt, barre/pilates and (light) dance. It felt good to shake everything out and get energized for the day.

Voir tous les avisWonderful class as always, challenging exercises (hardest moves were italian fouettes, promenades in arabesque) but also a wide range of skill levels (not many dancers have a clean double pirouette). Great instructor, good corrections. I loved that the pianist played Le Cygne from Carnival of the Animals during adagio! Big drawback is that there’s not a lot of space so I didn’t have access to a mirror during barre.

Voir tous les avisMy first Barre Class! Great workout, good energy from the instructor. I’d definitely take the class again. The gym itself was nice and cleanly. My one suggestion would be to invest in actual bath sized towels.

Voir tous les avisExcellent teacher, consistently provides essential critiques and notes throughout the whole class while creating a fun and worthwhile experience for a dancer to grow. While I am not a trained dancer and most everyone else in the class is a performer by trade, I was able to keep with the class though I wouldn’t recommend it to an absolute beginner.
