Also, I’m not as flexible anymore so any practice that allows me to ease into stretches is perfect for me. Julie says she is just guiding us, we can chooses to do more or less. 🙏🏽🧘🏻♀️

Voir tous les avisGreat class! I really liked Josh’s class. The sequence of poses was perfect for me. I appreciate how the poses build up to the one breath and flow. Offering the options to challenge yourself or choose to do a little less. Then core work, and another chance to do more. This class is not as fast as some of the others, and so you have a chance to work on each pose and make adjustments. At the same time building your strength.
