Voir tous les avisI think she was a calming instructor. Her flow was hard for sure but it at times was a little choppy or advanced for the students in class. Everyone looked pretty rough and confused for some of it. My body feels really good and refreshed after so I give it 5 stars. And I like her energy a lot. I just think the flow and cues could be more well thought out for the clientele. Spending 5 minutes at the beginning of class talking about your hands and feet and how they should feel during yoga just didn’t really land

Voir tous les avisNatalie is AMAZING! This was my second vinyasa class with her and I loved it just as much as the first. Her flows are incredibly challenging yet they’re sequenced so well that you feel like you can close your eyes and flow through them with ease. I really love the little battery operated candles that she places all around the room. They really add to the atmosphere and help set the tone for class. I appreciate her teaching style as well, she’s super personable and inviting. I truly wish she taught at the Hillcrest location regularly!

I felt very physically challenged yet calm and serene at the same time. I think her playlist, voice, and the way she led the class contributed so much to my experience. I really appreciated her playful teaching style too it added an element of fun which I think lacks in a lot of similar spaces. My friends and I had the best time and we will definitely be on the look out for her classes in the future!

Voir tous les avisCasey’s class is always great and well sequenced!!!! .There has been a guy coming to a lot of the morning classes who is doing what I think he thinks is ujjayi breathing but is not. It’s really distracting all of class (it sounds like constant loud snoring) - a few of the other students have made comments as well. Not a reflection on any of the classes or the studio, it just makes it more difficult to enjoy/relax.

This class was a bit different as I notice most classes will continue telling you the next move - this class ran through the sequence a few times and then we were left to go through them on our own. I didn’t realize how much I autopilot in prior classes and so this forced me to pay more attention so that I could remember what was next! I loved it more than I thought I might! Will be back 🫶
