Voir tous les avisCasey’s class is always great and well sequenced!!!! .There has been a guy coming to a lot of the morning classes who is doing what I think he thinks is ujjayi breathing but is not. It’s really distracting all of class (it sounds like constant loud snoring) - a few of the other students have made comments as well. Not a reflection on any of the classes or the studio, it just makes it more difficult to enjoy/relax.

Just enough effort and heat paired with settling stretches towards the end made for a perfectly balanced class. Absolutely loved it and her! She is so nice!

She intertwined a lot of intention and philosophy throughout which I always appreciate, and she was very accommodating to different injuries in the class.

Margie was a great teacher as she guided me through the movements and the experience. It was different than the typical yoga I’ve gone to before, but I love how it’s a slowed down approach that allows you to feel those deep stretches… even when they don’t feel too great, ha!

Voir tous les avisWhat a lovely experience, Eden really knows what she’s doing and crates a safe space to feel calm. Her meditation style is very unique which makes the experience more pleasant. I particularly liked the location, it has a spectacular view of the ocean. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is just starting their meditation journey or has been on the path for a while!
