Voir tous les avisI realty enjoyed RJ’s energy! He was helpful when I was unable to do a barbell squat (ankle surgery) and helped find an alternative solution. Such a fun and high energy workout. Let’s not forget Joseph, he was so kind and encouraging during the workout. Seeing Joseph and RJ banter also made it fun!
