Great teacher! It’s rare that teachers are fun and charismatic while also offering modifications and being mindful of different abilities. Loved it.

    Strength - Lower Body

Maggie was such a welcome instructor. So helpful with form and attentive, I’m hesitant with strength classes because of some recent injuries but wow I will definitely be coming back here to help build it back up!

High energy, fast-paced class. Jeremy made me feel welcomed and kept the energy up. Choreography was fun but a little too difficult for me. This was my first ever jazz class and I’m glad I tried it out

Such an awesome supportive environment! The other members will keep me coming back. Awesome place for those intimidated by the gym since it's women and non binary people only(aka no gym bros 😂)

    Reb3L Groove Dance Fitness

Had a sub this week. Class is always a great time but it can be a little difficult for beginners. It seems that it’s designed for regulars who attend each week and become familiar with the tracks/routines, but this can be tricky if you only pop in from time to time. The regular instructor will go over some dances beforehand which can be really helpful, but I also wish they would cue more regularly (like a typical dance cardio class) throughout the dances. Overall a good time and good workout. Wish the rest of the class would clap/cheer after a dance - can be kind of awkward how everyone stands around in silence after a super high energy song!
