The female staff members were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The instructor tailored each workout to accommodate individual needs, so don't hesitate to participate. The facility is well-designed, featuring a mini store at the front and a workout area in the back. The entire space is immaculately clean, and I will certainly return, given its proximity to my workplace.

Voir tous les avisFirst of all the class was super fun and high energy! I would go back, but there are some things to note if you go here: music was extremely loud so I recommend ear plugs. Ac didn’t see to be on/working, and there was a mosquito issue so bring bug spray. There was also strobe lighting so be aware of that if you’re sensitive to strobe effects.

It is the perfect mix of pushing you to your flexibility limit and respecting your bodies boundaries. The instructor is amazing and does assisted stretching to keep you progressing. I was a dancer years ago and wanted to regain some of the flexibility from my youth. Within weeks I’ve gotten both my right and left splits! Every time I leave I feel more relaxed and my body is thanking me for it.

Stephanie has a beautiful & radiant vibe and I love how she’s really good at creating a safe space, uses positive reinforcement, and encourages messing up as you learn, which allows you to feel comfortable and confident as you’re learning.
