Voir tous les avisThis class was so fun! The instructor was very kind! The other person in the class didn’t show up so we had a 1 on 1 so I feel like I learned a lot in a short amount of time. The only thing I wish was that there was someone to guide me up front when I first walked in because I was really confused. When I walked into the gym I felt really nervous but I was greeted kindly by someone quickly. Thank you so much! I will come back again.

The owner is super she greets you when you walk in, helps set up your equipment, check in on you to see how you’re doing, and she will provide a towel and water. She is very attentive and helpful. The music is great, the environment is relaxing, and you push yourself as far as you want. Totally will come back again, thank you!!
