When it would begin to feel a bit too hot, she would turn on the fans so we could cool down a bit. I normally take a different instructor, but would definitely take her again. :)

I think if there was a tower set up prior as an example, it would have made it easier to explain to the participants whom had never done set up before. I understand things won’t always run perfectly. I look forward to the next ReFLEX class. ♥️

I was early so she talked with me for a bit beforehand and gave me advice on what cycle shoes to get (if i decide to buy some) and she fixed my shoe for me because it wouldn’t click in because the clip was crooked.
