When it would begin to feel a bit too hot, she would turn on the fans so we could cool down a bit. I normally take a different instructor, but would definitely take her again. :)

She gave very clear instructions, demonstrations of certain forms, and plenty of encouragement throughout the challenging (yet fun) session. Felt the burn, but she also gave little breaks and stretches between sets. Most of us were beginners, so I appreciated her patience while we learned the ropes (literally). Would love to take more classes with Michelle!

The studio itself is beautiful, clean, and has a calming energy that’s perfect for a yoga practice. Angela, the yin teacher, is hands down the best in town!
