    This class was awesome. I have never felt a class fly by that was this tough. I was thankful for it to he over, while equally thankful to have done it. Nick is a great instructor. He has great cues and is intentional with his time on the mic, great motivation. Definitely coming back.

    Busy! I like the order of the class and the instructor. If you go to Edina, this is a busier location. If it’s a 6:30-7:20 class you’ll have to wait a bit for a shower to be available so keep in mind if you have work. Overall I would come again.

    Jose was great! This workout had me BEAT. I was so sweaty. This was a great mix of cardio and strength. He provided good modifications for people of all levels. As a beginner, I went below his suggestion and I was still huffing and puffing.

    I enjoy this class a lot given the tempo / structure, however it’s not for people who need to learn form. I’m surprised more people don’t injure themselves as it seems heavy weights and speed take precedent over correct form.

    I don’t normally do HIIT classes so I was a bit worried about this but it was great, I felt good after. The instructor was really supportive and would walk around to give tips on form. It was easy to modify to exercises for myself.

    If you like lifting, you’ll love this! I enjoyed that the focus was weight lifting with a proper warm up, time with the movements and minimal cardio instead of a coach yelling at you 30 seconds of bicep curls in to 30 seconds of burpees and you’re so disoriented that you barely get any time in the movements (hiii I come to a weight class to lift not do cardio lol) Everybody was so nice and welcoming and I had a great work out! I loved this class and will def be back! Coach Kara had great energy and was super kind
