Voir tous les avisLoved this class! Finally a studio on par with KX difficulty. Paul was so much fun, a great instructor and I really enjoyed how you get your heart rate up in this class. The only thing I wish we did a little bit more of was a warm up, we got straight into it and would have like 1-2 minutes of a warm up. Definitely will be back!
