Try her class even if you've never done pilates on a Reformer before. Nothing was intimidating about the class. Just be ready for the booty burn. This class actually helped the pain I'm having in my lower and top butt cheek. It is obviously what my body needs, besides the HIIT and strength training classes I do. Thanks Bri. Voir tous les avisReally enjoyed Christina’s class. After the class Christina helped me by going over one pose I didn’t understand. It has been a couple of years since I visited Agni last time. The exercise room got remodeled and looks really nice. I really enjoyed that the instructor let me go my own pace without constantly correcting so I could fully enjoy the experience and modify exercises for my body. I really feel refreshed and hope to be back soon. I was looking forward to the class and it was an amazing experience.

I appreciated how she still took the time to show up and give me such a form focused class that had me shaking and sore in all the right places. My only thing was if you’re going to advertise to be 15 minutes early there should be someone there to have the doors unlocked at that time too. This wouldn’t affect my 5 stars for Monica though. Even though I read some classes that this wasn’t typical Pilates, I have done hundreds of all different types of Pilates and for a Lagree based machine this was exactly what and how it should have been. Highly recommend.
