    I enjoyed this class! It was equally as challenging as it was relaxing. I’ll definitely be back! Israel was very welcoming and personable: engaging in conversation outside of the session. He even sent me his playlist when I asked about it at the end :) I would highly recommend!

    This class was a great workout! The instructor was welcoming and helpful, and the group felt very high energy. However, I would not recommend taking this as your first ever yoga class. The flow moved quickly and it could be easy for someone to get lost if you don’t have a basic handle on the poses. Once you have a few classes under your belt, I highly recommend this sweat sesh!
