The best Muay Thai class I've been too since Bali. Authentic Thai training that caters to all levels from beginners to advanced. The owner, Phon was welcoming and the coaches were correcting technique which I appreciated a lot as correction cues help with improvement. Warm up was gradual (traditional style) and I will definetly be coming back!
