Voir tous les avisI’ve tried quite a few Yoga & Pilates studios across Melbourne CBD and by far, LM is my favourite studio and Lela is the loveliest instructor i’ve met and her workouts burns. She fixes my posture too and I learned a lot from her :) Highly recommend Lela’s classes!

Voir tous les avisThe instructor was great, but I don't think aerial yoga is for me. I found it quite uncomfortable (the fabric dug into me) - I couldn't get a comfortable position. We also spent a long time with one leg in the fabric, which was a hard position to hold for that long. It was nice being in a cocoon at the end though!
