The playlist was out of this world - on par with the best soca fetes where you are jumping and partying until morning and timed perfectly with the exercises. A complete vibe … 10 out of 5 stars.

Voir tous les avisClass - This was my first time doing a twerk class and it was a very new expierence. We did sufficient warmups before following a choreo for the lesson. This session just happens to be brazilian twerk which includes more technique. As a complete newbie i found it hard to keep up but the style varies between weeks so this might be just bad timing on my part. Instrcutor - Fee was amazing! Strong, gorgeous and energetic she never fails to make you laugh. She was absolutely the best part of the class. I really enjoyed the afterclass self love session (optional) and I went home from this class feeling content. Space - the lesson is held in a classroom with poles but this does not affect the twerk lesson.

But, Frankie was very accommodating and she explained the exercises we would be doing very clearly, breaks were included during sets. Equipment such as mats, dumbbells, weights and bars were made available to you. Great atmosphere, can’t wait to go back!

They helped each student with their technique without really tiring us out. It was a fun environment. we could take photos and videos to record our moves . Can’t wait to be back!

Also, I've been going to this studio for a while now, and have done classes with different teachers and I have to say they're all so kind and encouraging.
