Voir tous les avisWas introduced to the most shiok hamstring stretch using yoga strap and the best of all it that it is hands free!! I love the vibe of the studio and the really clean toilets. Got a pocky snack each at the end of class too! However I’m not too sure about this place being suitable for sound bath as the noise from the traffic is quite constant and loud. Some reflection bouncing off the white walls outside the studio which is a little glaring if you pick the wrong spot. Will look out for PH class in future as I enjoy a 90mins class which is quite rare on normal days.

Voir tous les avisThis was an amazingly relaxing class, with the vibrations of the singing bowls a perfect complement to long stretches. The instructor has a gentle voice and offers practical options for various poses. The fluffy cats are the cutest 'receptionists'!

Voir tous les avisAttended quite a number of studios for stretch classes just to keep active since my injury, and this is the only studio with instructors who actually asked, watched out and modified stretches for me. Studio is clean and spacious, and students are all really friendly. The room does get hot but not stuffy at all, and I actually prefer this over a cold room for stretching. Look forward for my next class here.

However, the environment is very welcoming, and Digna is a very patient and inspiring teacher. I like the minimalistic interior of the studio that's well taken care of. He is also patient and encouraging, while at the same time unafraid to push you beyond your comfort zone. Would definitely come back again and again!
