The studio is very clean and subtly scented, and the studio owners are very kind and generous to prepare some snacks and goodies for us to take! Looking forward to joining future classes!

Thought I’ve familiarised or gotten better with most poses but I’ve definitely been humbled in Keat’s class 😭 Keat makes sure you get into poses right, explains how, which angle or height and which muscles you should be feeling the stretch/tightening. Will definitely come back for more!!

However, the environment is very welcoming, and Digna is a very patient and inspiring teacher. I like the minimalistic interior of the studio that's well taken care of.
