Voir tous les avisIt was a boxing conditioning class and I loved it. Worked on straight punching drills, explosive movement and endurance exercises. Coach encouraged us to keep going and use good form. My heart rate averaged 130bpm for 60+ mins, so I think that tells you how intense the workout can be.
