The studio itself is nice and I love the locker rooms too, as they have a great set up here to get ready after a yoga class if you need to shower (the essentials - towels, soap/shampoo/body wash dispensers in shower, lotion & blow dryer on wall).

As A PT and coach I want to congratulate a Molly for the great flow and chain exercise done on her first part of the class I really felt it every single muscle of my body and them a great 1/2 hour of yoga were her voice guidance took my mind to another part of the universe ending the practice in peace , happy and lots of love . Bruce was a great instructor, he explained what to expect and encouraged me to go at my own pace, and not stress about keeping up with others. He also helped me get set up on the bike. I paced myself, definitely worked up a sweat, and had an amazing workout!!Will definitely return!
