Voir tous les avisMake sure you are early for your first class. I was a minute late and I was asked to leave and come back another time. As a first timer at this gym that made me feel pretty bad. I asked to stay as I explained the weather conditions were bad and I had already driven 20 minutes to the location to try it out.

Voir tous les avisI felt so tired in the most FANTASTIC way possible after this class. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a challenge. Also I will say some of the lightest weights in the original circuit set up were still too heavy for me so I went to the weights rack and got lighter ones and it felt 100% fine to do that. I also needed to take many breaks in between, but despite all that, it was genuinely an awesome class.

Voir tous les avisIt’s a solid HIIT studio with interval training and rotating through cycles. The only thing is they don’t have a water fountain, they said to use the bathroom which wasn’t great - I haven’t been to a gym without a water cooler. However, it’s still a great class and I’ll continue coming- with a full water bottle!

We were able to do lots that left us feeling proud with this support. More experienced ppl in the slightly mixed level class encouraged and gave us pointers too. We had a lot of fun. Definitely felt it in core and arms next day!
